LSA was hired not only to design a new retail space, but also to re-design the company’s brand, including logo, labels and packaging. Attention was given to providing aisles large enough to allow customers to linger and read labels without feeling cramped or rushed. Wines, organized by region, are exhibited on custom-made wine racks, periodically interrupted by shelving where gourmet food and wine accessories are displayed. A large farm table occupies the window space and doubles as a display area for seasonal wines and foods, as well as a gathering space for tastings and events.
