Located in an abandoned livery stable in an historic downtown district, the existing wood structure was re-designed to house a new restaurant, retail space, and commercial kitchen (compliant with USDA standards for a wholesale company). An adaptive-reuse approach was employed, preserving rustic elements such as the original exposed posts and beams, while new contemporary features were brought into the space to compliment and update the structure.
