Nature’s Express is a 100% plant-based, healthier alternative to traditional fast-food. They emphasize the use of organic and local ingredients that are always fresh and full of nutrients without compromising taste and convenience. Located on Solano Avenue in Berkeley, Larson Shores was hired to design the flagship store that would establish the Nature’s Express presence and brand in the local community. The project included a complete façade face-lift and interior improvements that required the creation of custom shelving, signage, seating, and a commercial kitchen. In addition, the new Nature’s Express restaurant strengthens its mission by occupying a healthy space with regards to environmental impact.
