Perched within the neighborhood of Redwood Heights in Oakland, Larson Shores was asked to reconsider the layout of an existing 1900’s cottage that contained only one bathroom and no room for home expansion. Cost-effective design options were presented that would create a practical and beautiful living environment, an additional bathroom, and open communal kitchen / dining area well suited for a couple that loves to entertain without increasing the overall building footprint.
