Located in the Temelec senior homestead of Sonoma County, Larson Shores was contracted to modernize this 1960’s suburban investment property into a modern, light-filled residence that incorporated adaptable and accessible design strategies for a future tenant of any age. Based on the ideas of universal design, the architects chose design strategies intended to create an environment that would be usable by as many people as possible regardless of age, ability, or situation.
